2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet Release Date and Features

Although most people think of convertibles as cars you can only drive during the summer, the new and improved Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet has everything you need to take on the open road no matter what time of year it is. The 2018 E-Class Cabriolet is slated to arrive at dealerships across the nation, including right here at Mercedes-Benz of North Haven, during late 2017. At that time, drivers will have the opportunity to get behind the wheel and experience its remarkable performance and innovative features firsthand. In the meantime, here’s a little bit about what to expect from the 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet in terms of design, technology, and performance.

Features and Capabilities of the 2018 E-Class Cabriolet

For 2018, the E-Class Cabriolet is being offered with Mercedes-Benz’s 4MATIC® all-wheel drive* system for the first time ever, allowing drivers to confidently navigate in a variety of driving conditions. The E-Class Cabriolet seats four passengers comfortably and features a wide selection of standard and available elements that are designed to keep passengers comfortable on the road. Here are a few of the most notable features:

AIRCAP® wind deflector: AIRCAP® is integrated into the roof frame of the E-Class Cabriolet and helps block the wind around the seats when the top is down. All drivers need to do is press a button and it helps reduce the wind and commotion inside the vehicle.

AIRSCARF® neck-level heating technology: In cooler weather, AIRSCARF® provides warm air around the neck area of passengers so they can put the top down all year round.

Fully automatic acoustic soft top: Made with premium materials, the E-Class Cabriolet’s soft top is designed to protect passengers from extreme temperatures. Drivers can choose from dark brown, dark blue, red, or black top colors.

If you would like to be one of the first to test drive the 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet, we invite you to get in touch with our team at Mercedes-Benz of North Haven. Stay tuned for additional details about its upcoming release.
