Meet Skye Wellington

Skye Wellington is moving up in the world at Mauro Motors. The Bridgeport native arrived at our headquarters in North Haven when she was looking for a step up from her previous experience in the restaurant industry and started off as a receptionist with a desire to keep learning.

“The general manager told me about her experience as a receptionist, and how she absorbed the whole process, from how cars come in the door to how they’re delivered after sale.” Skye says everything from paperwork, dealer swaps, transportation, to product knowledge and how to generate leads was part of this education before she was promoted to product concierge. The next stop on this track will be the sales floor as client advisor.

“I’m looking forward to the growth opportunity and building relationships with the people it allows me to meet,” she tells us. “I want everybody to be treated as equals here and helping to build a good atmosphere aligned with Mercedes-Benz quality.”
