Meet Erica Casey

Rocky Hill, Connecticut native Erica Casey has been moving up and up in her career ever since joining the auto industry less than a decade ago. Our new Service to Sales Manager began in sales and won national honors for sales volume on her way to being recognized as a natural fit for management.

“I had heard about Mauro Motors through my time in the industry, and I like this role because I can really focus on the customers and begin conversations naturally,” she tells us. “You hear about their driving habits, how people’s needs differ as they have kids and other life changes. There’s a real opportunity to help find out what would be best for them.”

Erica says she likes all the resources Mauro Motors can offer, from input she hears from the management team, to being able to shape the role for what works best, day to day.

“However a handoff to sales begins, I want our guests to know we’ve worked together to ensure the team already knows what they want in their next vehicle. Everyone’s time is important, and we can make this process seamless.”

In her own time, Erica likes to hit the beach as much as possible, see her nieces and nephews, and play with her Aussiedoodle, Stanley.
