Mauro Motors began with Town & County Auto Body, a shop we still operate in North Haven, so we were happy to give back to the industry by sponsoring tees at the Auto Body Association of Connecticut golf outing this October.

The 4th annual ABAC Golf Tournament & Social Event was held at Lyman Orchards Golf Club on October 6th to network, share insights, relax and unwind with fellow auto body specialists on a great fall day on a beautiful course. All proceeds from the tournament were donated to Connecticut tech and vocational schools to help prepare the next generation of up and comers in the industry.

The ABAC is dedicated to educating Connecticut motorists, enhancing the abilities and knowledge of its members, and promoting safe and dependable auto repairs. Their site, abaconn.org, contains tips about what to do after an accident, choosing a shop, and information about the claims process.
