Mercedes-AMG® Unveils the New 2027 AMG® GLE 63 S & AMG® GLS 63

Mercedes-AMG® is raising the standard for high-performance SUVs with the arrival of the 2027 AMG® GLE 63 S and 2027 AMG® GLS 63, arriving at U.S. dealerships in Fall 2026. These flagship SUVs blend handcrafted V8 performance, advanced hybrid technology, bold AMG® styling, and everyday luxury into one exhilarating package.

At the heart of both models is the updated handcrafted AMG® M177 EVO 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine, producing 603 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. Enhanced with a new flat-plane crankshaft, improved turbocharging, and a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, the powertrain delivers sharper response, improved efficiency, and thrilling acceleration. The AMG® GLE 63 S sprints from 0-60 mph in just 3.6 seconds, while the AMG® GLS 63 reaches 60 mph in 3.9 seconds.

Performance is matched by a newly developed AMG® Performance Exhaust System, allowing drivers to tailor the iconic V8 soundtrack from refined to race-inspired at the touch of a button.

The redesigned exterior features a more aggressive AMG® front fascia with larger air intakes, signature LED lighting, and updated rear styling, while the cabin showcases the latest MB.OS infotainment system, AMG®-specific performance displays, premium materials, and expanded MANUFAKTUR personalization options.
